We asked. We listened. We learned
In our first research phase, we explored how informal groups form, what support they have (or don’t), and what they really need to grow.
We used:
– Online surveys with active citizens and NGOs
– Interactive consultations where people shared their experiences and ideas
We looked at things like:
– Why people choose to stay informal
– What challenges they face
– How much they trust institutions
– What would help them become stronger and more visible
This result helps us understand informal groups better – not with guesses, but with real data and real voices. It also connects with the first steps of design thinking: empathy and needs diagnosis.
The analysis was conducted by the Uniwersytet Łódzki, and we sincerely thank them for their participation and valuable contribution to the project.
