We are excited to announce our project: CIVIC INCUBATOR! It is a dynamic initiative under the CERV programme, aiming to empower informal civil society groups and active citizens across Europe. Through a series of creative and inclusive actions, the project strengthens citizens’ impact locally and at the EU level, promotes European values, and fosters a supportive environment for democratic participation.
Our Vision & Mission
We envision a Europe where grassroots civic initiatives and active citizens thrive—shaping a more democratic, inclusive, and citizen-centered society.
Our mission is to promote core EU values such as freedom, the right to association, social inclusion, and European citizenship, while applying them in practice through the Charter of Fundamental Rights and key EU recommendations.
What We Do
Conduct research to map the challenges and opportunities for informal civic groups.
Organize Ideathons to spark innovation and inspire creative solutions.
Facilitate experience sharing between NGOs and informal groups.
Provide a tailored incubation package to strengthen grassroots capacity.
Host public debates and propose policy recommendations to amplify citizens’ voices.
Disseminate results through 10 key deliverables to ensure lasting impact.
Who We Support
Primary Target Groups: Informal civic groups, active citizens, grassroots initiatives, and community organizations.
Indirect Beneficiaries: Local communities, authorities, and stakeholders benefiting from deeper democratic engagement.
